Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Soulstudio is real-time AI subtitle translation and live overlay software for streamers. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. License

• Creator: personal license during an active subscription
• Premium TTS and viewer voice usage may require separate Voice Credits
• Existing Lifetime customers keep their grandfathered access
• License access is non-transferable and may be used on a limited number of devices
• Resale or unauthorized distribution is prohibited

3. Usage Limits

• Creator subscription and Voice Credit terms are shown before checkout
• Abuse of API, proxy, or automation limits may result in suspension
• Third-party services can affect availability and latency

4. Payment and Refund

Payments are processed through payment processor. Refund handling follows the refund policy page.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is. The developer is not liable for translation errors, broadcast interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Changes

Terms may be updated as the product changes. Major changes may be communicated by email.

7. Termination

Licenses may be revoked for violation of these terms. Refunds are not provided for abuse or unauthorized distribution.

8. Supertonic OpenRAIL-M terms

• Some offline TTS voices use Supertonic 3. By installing or using those voices, you agree to the bundled OpenRAIL-M license and all use restrictions in Attachment A.
• Any broadcast or published Supertonic audio must be expressly and intelligibly disclosed as machine-generated audio.
• Prohibited uses include unlawful activity, harm to minors, harmful disinformation, harmful personal-data disclosure, defamation or harassment, impersonation without consent, adverse fully automated decisions, discrimination, exploitation of vulnerable people, and every other restriction in Attachment A.
• If you do not accept these conditions, you must not install, enable, or use Supertonic voices.
