Soulstudio is real-time AI subtitle translation and live overlay software for streamers. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. License
- Starter: personal license after payment
- Pro: license during active subscription
- License is non-transferable and may be used on a limited number of devices
- Resale or unauthorized distribution is prohibited
3. Usage Limits
- Starter and Pro usage terms are shown before checkout
- Abuse of API, proxy, or automation limits may result in suspension
- Third-party services can affect availability and latency
4. Payment and Refund
Payments are processed through payment processor. Refund handling follows the refund policy page.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. The developer is not liable for translation errors, broadcast interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
6. Changes
Terms may be updated as the product changes. Major changes may be communicated by email.
7. Termination
Licenses may be revoked for violation of these terms. Refunds are not provided for abuse or unauthorized distribution.
