Soulstudio Viewer 계정 삭제

앱에서 요청

1. Soulstudio Viewer에서 삭제할 계정으로 로그인합니다.
2. 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
3. 경고 내용을 확인하고 계정 삭제를 한 번 더 확인합니다.

삭제를 확정하면 앱은 첫 서버 요청 전에 실시간 자막 연결과 TTS를 중지합니다. 정확한 서버 완료 응답을 받지 못하면 같은 요청을 복구하고, 자동 삭제가 실패하면 아래 이메일 절차를 이용해 주세요. 자동 삭제 서버 기능의 실제 배포가 확인되지 않은 동안에는 앱 화면만으로 완료되었다고 간주하지 않습니다.

이메일로 요청

가입한 이메일 주소에서 kang186541@gmail.com으로 제목을 “Soulstudio Viewer 계정 삭제 요청”이라고 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 계정과 연결된 사용자 데이터 삭제를 처리합니다.

삭제·보관 범위

• 자동 삭제 SOURCE 범위는 신고, 알림, 좋아요, 반응, 댓글, 게시글, 팔로우, 프로필입니다.
• 위 데이터 정리 뒤 Supabase 로그인 계정을 삭제하고, 신규 유료 사용을 차단합니다.
• 정확한 완료 뒤 계정 연결 기기 키를 지우며 언어·접근성 설정은 유지될 수 있습니다.
• 구매·환불·사기 방지·세무 기록은 법령상 필요한 기간 동안 분리 보관될 수 있습니다.
• Donate 영상 신청은 Supabase 계정과 별도이므로 자동 삭제되지 않습니다. 함께 삭제하려면 이메일에 적어 주세요.
• 원본 실시간 번역 오디오는 Soulstudio 서버에 파일로 저장하지 않습니다.

In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. The automatic deletion server has not been verified as deployed, so if the app cannot confirm completion, email kang186541@gmail.com from the address used for your account with the subject “Soulstudio Viewer account deletion request”. Do not send passwords, payment details, purchase tokens, verification codes, or license keys.

• Automatic scope: reports, notifications, likes, reactions, comments, posts, follows, and profile data.
• Account-bound device keys are removed after exact completion; language and accessibility settings may remain.
• Purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, and tax records may be retained separately when required.
• Donate requests are not deleted automatically; mention them in the email if they should be included.
